Terms and Conditions for Big Local Giveaway

Welcome to Big Local Giveaway, a marketing platform created by the Local Ad Company based in Shepparton, Victoria. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to Big Local Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe.

2. Subscription

Subscribers will be entered into all local giveaway draws for a period of 12 months. Each subscription is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

3. Marketing Communications

By subscribing, you agree to receive marketing from Local Ad Company featuring local business promotions and offers. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time, but doing so will forfeit your eligibility for the giveaways.

4. Giveaway Collection

Winners of the giveaways will be responsible for picking up their prizes in-store or organising delivery directly with the participating business. The details of collection or delivery will be arranged between the winner and the participating business.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Local Ad Company is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the goods received as part of the giveaways except when The Local Ad Company is the provider of the prizes. All goods are provided by the participating businesses, and any issues regarding the products must be addressed directly with them.

6. Changes to Terms

The Local Ad Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes via email.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and trade promotions.
